there is no reason at all to put 5 cameras on the back.

The other thing is that on Android, only one app needs to remain open at all times in order to receive push notifications. In default, Google Android, that would be Google Play Services. But on open source systems, that can be some sort of unified push thing like NTFY.
I think linux has support for that too now. KDE plasma at least has a unifiedpush settings menu, and apparently it distributes the notifications with a D-Bus service

One thing that plagues linux phones is higher battery usage, and the lack of true suspend is one of the major rises why.
but android does not suspend either. Otherwise it wouldn’t be able to receive notifications and (voip) calls live, right?

but the 5 cameras (6 with front) are soo worth it, right

likely there are still some system apps that are literal bloatware. if you have f-droid you can check the debloater list in this app, has descriptions on most of them.
https://f-droid.org/packages/io.github.muntashirakon.AppManager
be very careful if you are going to remove some. the descriptions are not always up to date

so to summarize, in increasing order:
also develops a centralized social media site, which does not even load text content without scripts and HTTP fetch requests being allowed.
so far I was thinking maybe you two could join efforts. now I understand if you don’t think that could work.
well if that’s your hobby, maybe there is a reason for it… but those are actual cameras with good lenses and sensors. not phones made for the masses who won’t even have an idea how to use them.
