Hi guys, I’m actually facing a little trouble around here, im trying unlock the bootloader of my redmi note 7 pro. But the latest xiaomi unlock tool doesn’t recognize it, is there something to do with port. Im using windows for this, the laptop detects the mobile but the xiaomi application won’t. Any suggestion or have anyone faced similar issue with any other xiaomi device.
I wanted to unlock bootloader in my redmi note 7 pro so that i can boot lineage os. But to unlock it i need to use miui account and xiaomi unlock tool application in pc. So in that process my device should be recognized by the application while its in fastboot but the application doesn’t detect it. Yet the laptop detected my phone but not the application did not. That’s the problem here. Got it? Just like the xy problem.
