For now, I think I’ll use the Tor Browser until I find a browser that is more focused on privacy and has more advanced features.
Tor Browser is the most private browser in existence, but the UX is rough because it makes a lot of tradeoffs. But if you want you should try it and see what you think.

If your concern is Google in particular, then an ad-blocker to block Google scripts and avoiding Google sites will probably suffice.

For exploit protection desktop Firefox is close to if not on par with Chromium nowadays. For data collection they do collect it in vanilla Firefox, which it looks like is used to serve ads and “personalize” their services. But the forks usually have all that disabled.
